This is a good one you guys. My friend Laura is here with us, and if you know Laura, you know why this will be a good episode - she is honest, vulnerable and speaks the truth. Laura’s glory revealed story is special, yes, but what I think is even more incredible is how she has used her story to help others by becoming a Connection Codes Coach. What’s Monday Musings?

Monday Musings is a downloadable for paid subscribers only. The exact content will vary. Sometimes it will be a five day Bible Study written either by myself or co authored with the podcast guest to accompany the podcast that releases on the same day. Other times it might be a gift from the podcast guest. The downloadable will usually coincide with the podcast released, however there may be one offs to this, we are still working on it all. I have several podcast guests lined up over the next few weeks and their downloadable varies from a exercise to figure out your relationship style, to printable art, to how to’s on navigating children and teens with special needs. Our guest today is Laura London, a Connection Codes Coach. What is Connection Codes, you ask? It is a simple and relatively quick way to process emotions with your loved ones, getting it out of your limbic system and stopping the clogging of your emotions inside of your body. It’s not just an emotion wheel, but it’s a way to process your feelings with those you love without arguing or dragging things out.

Today, at the end of this post, is a downloadable emotions wheel and a video of Laura explaining how it works. I highly recommend you take some time and listen to the video, perhaps even practicing your wheel on your own.
