Today Sucked. That's all.

But life is still so good friends.❤️

Today was a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad day.

Please don’t tell Alexander. But I could have given his book a run for its money today. Well, ok… my therapist would call hyperbole on me and I suppose she would be right. In the grand scheme of things, it probably wasn’t so bad. There have been worse days. Much, much worse days. But to be honest I haven’t had very many bad days since I’ve learned to accept how I am feeling, love myself and regulate.

I kinda did a terrible job at that today though…..

And life went a little upside down for me emotionally today. It was a battle to keep my mind in the game and my heart steady.
